Review for Delaney Park At Southwood Apartments

By far one of the most poorly constructed apartments I have ever lived in. For what you pay to live here, you certainly do not get a "luxury" experience with how terribly not only the apartment itself is put together, but how crappy the appliances are. Kitchen drawer broke in my bare hands, the refrigerator door doesn't close completely nor does the light go off inside the fridge so that we have already gone through 3 bulbs in about 3 months, the dryer door does not close completely and seems to have been assembled incorrectly, and my bathroom cabinet just fell off its hinge from merely opening it, just to name a few of the problems. Also, what the hell is with all the doors?? Was there a special buy 100 red doors and get another 100 for free that Home Depot was running? Pretty irritating, especially while you are attempting to move in. There are some good things like the club house and gym area, but I don't feel that this is a worthy enough living facility of the amount you pay in rent. They could have done things a little less cheaply when building it just for quality purposes if nothing else.
