Not Luxury By Any Strech Of The Imagination!!!

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

We moved into our apartment less than a year ago and it seems as if I'm calling the maintenance people just about every month to get things repaired!! I have a leak in my window, ants, sink broke in the kitchen, cabinets aren’t hung well…..the list goes on!! The construction is pure crap! I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised since from what I understand most of the St. John’s homes are too. Southwood is a pretty area but you surely won’t catch me buying anything over there. I won’t waste my money! We have truly enjoyed the pool with our family but that’s not enough to make us want to stay longer than our one year lease. I’ve already begun looking for a new home!
