the management needs management skills. They are all busy chatting on-line and if you go with a genuine complaint, they look at you as if we are wasting their time. its a joke talking to them. They make up rules as they like it. If you ask them in writing they tell you all kinds of excuses. Very poor customer relations skills. The facilities here are a joke. The club house has no use. Management is to be blamed for the high turnover in this place.
