Apartment Review for Eleven Eleven On High

This place is HORRIBLE! After being fooled into thinking my apartment was going to be amazing like the model and that everything would be new, I was told "I'm sorry, I know we promised all that, but we under estimated and now you aren't going to get anything!" They left us with unpainted walls, rotten bathroom floors, a broken toilet, and ALL OLD RUSTED appliances! (The assistant manager actually told us to break our appliances if we wanted new ones!) Also, our A/C that was supposed to be brand new was so old and NEVER worked! They replaced it the LAST week we lived there after being without air for the entire last month of hot JULY!!! Also, they tried to screw me over on rent and utilities saying I owed more than my lease stated that I had to pay! The security that was promise only lasted a week until a girl got robbed at gun point and then I NEVER saw the cops at the complex again! This place promises everything and delivers NOTHING!!! They are just out for your money! DON'T DO IT!!!
