Apartment Review for Jacob's Landing

Upon moving to Jacob's Landing I got off to a bit of a rough start, but we are now managed by a new company; Campus Advantage (Thank God), and so things are beging to change for the better. The new maintanence team does their best to fulfill work orders in a timely fashion, the new manager works hard to hear out every resident with a concern, and the new staff is also very friendly. It's a small community but i would definetly recomend leasing to someone. Also the location to TCC is unbeatable!! Lastly i noticed that there isn't a spot record how many years lived in the apartment past 2006 but i have been living there from 2006 to 2007 and i plan to renew my lease into 2008. <P>
