Is the Paddock Club Perfect? No, but no where is. I have been here for almost three years and have never had a major complaint in that entire time. It would be nice if they installed new bathtubs as my is definitely showing its age, but it is not the worst tub I've ever seen by far. My other small criticism is that I wish they would enforce the pool rules better. There are routinely groups of people down there smoking while in the pool, I don't smoke and neither does my child and so we would appreciate not having smoke hovering around us while swimming. However, they are very responsive when you need something done. When I first moved in my fridge started making a terrible whistling sound and it was replaced the next day! A year later two of the stove burners started failing and they also replaced the entire range immediately. The pest people seem to do a decent enough job as long as you do your part. In the past three years I have only had two cockroaches in my apartment, this is Florida I don't see how you could get much better than that!
Some people complained about the cabinets being old and this and that, but when you move in you have a choice of either renovated or non-renovated so if you want all new everything pay extra to get the renovated! For a while there were a few tenants that obviously weren't ever picking up after their dogs, but for the past year that problem seems to have gone away. The grounds are well kept and well lit at night so I always feel safe walking around no matter the hour. As for the office staff, I have always been greeted by a friendly representative when I enter the office, or when I call.

I like it - I've haven't had any problems in the last 2 years. I have great neighbors and the staff do a pretty good job. You only get one parking space but I only have one car so its not a problem for me. I could see how it could be a problem if you had 2 cars. The location is great for me. like I said I havn't had any problems. <P>

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice (the place is a little pricey, but...) and there are monthly gatherings at the clubhouse to help you get to know other people in your complex. So far the only major complaint we have is lack of parking spaces if you have 2 vehicles. <P>

This community is wonderful by all means! The staff is incredibly awesome, freindly and go out of thier way to meet my needs. Maintenance is done on the day that I call in and before I get home from work! The grounds are always amazing! I love the amenities that are provided. The free tanning bed is a plus and the pool is enormous, the largest in Tally that I could find! <P>
I am living here far way from my family, but the staff and neighbors have made it feel like home. I enjoy living here and would recommend The Paddock Club to anyone looking for a great & convenient place to live. <P>

I saw a review where the complaint was they got towed for parking in someone's space. You don't get towed if you abide by the rules! I have people towed who are in my space, so if the previous complainant was one of those, too bad! Cars have also been towed recently for being in disrepair (falling apart on the lot - read your lease), and for having an expired tag or no tag at all. I live quietly and respect others who do so. I report infractions, concerns and maintenance issues so they can be dealt with, and they usually are in a timely manner. My apartment is entered once a month for pest control, and other times as necessary for maintenance, but I have not experienced (with the current staff) most of the problems reported by the previous writer. I DID have problems with some of the previous staff, but the current staff has been attentive to my needs. NO PLACE IS PERFECT, especially when living so close to so many other people, but I have lived in MUCH worse. <P>
