Apartment Review for Palms Of Apalachee

this is ABSOLUTELY the worst apartment complex ever. i would rather live in the projects than here at least i know all my maintenance issues would be fixed in a timely manner by KNOWLEDGEABLE maintenance men. we have roof leaks, window leaks, toilet leaks all kinds of leaks. when you put in a work order to fix your issues either a: they never come or b: they start and dont finish. our rent is $420 because we caught it on special. they are regularly $520 for a one bedroom and above. way too much for the quality and maintenance of this complex. my advice to all. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY DISSASTIFIED AND WISH YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER dialed their #!!!!!!!!!
