Apartment Reviews for Rolling Hills - Tallahassee

This is no doubt the worse place i have ever lived. You have a maintenance that is worthless. I was in the apartment i day when i was greeted with 10 police officers who they thought that i was hiding a criminal.(husband retired lawenforcement) when they found out the people had moved out.Only to have it happened again 10 days later. Ask mmg about what was going on and she said she didnt know, but yet she told me where they lived. I called and gave info to police.This place is very dirty had mold removed in 2 months time 3 time, heat does not work had to go and by space heaters. Maintenance a electrian would come out to fix it., not true said the mananger that maintenance said that it was working just fine. Office staff are pretty nice in front of you but watch your back with Kelly. my front door wont even close properly. Main office very very rude, This is not a good living place, it has mold all over the place and I had to buy my own stove because the other was unsafe. So now you tell me would you live here. Fixing to file complain with the state about Rolling hill.
