Apartment Review for Royal Oaks

The only good think about this apartment is that the 541 building is literally right next to campus, i can even pick up the wireless signal. Other than that not much else. My roomate and i pay a combined 880 for this place, and despite the fact that our leases our identical his room is bigger than mine. This place is roach infested, we pay way too much to barely cool off the apartment, and whenever something breaks it takes months to get it fixed. The insulation on our fridge was falling off, and it took them 6 months to get the part in. Until then, nothing ever stayed cold in the fridge. Stay away from here unless you need the convenience. <P>
