Review for Seminole Grand Apartments

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The day prior to our move in date I called Seminole Grand to make sure everything was ready and they keys would be available to us when we arrived the next morning. I was told everything would be ready. That was certainly not the case. I had to wait for my keys to be made, which they took their time doing. When I finally arrived at my apartment, the air was broken, the dishwasher was filled with mold, the dryer did not work,the fridge did not cool and the stove and oven were broken. We were also missing some of the furniture from the furniture package. Things continued to break, and they continued to take their time fixing them. I have lived here for a month now and we are still not receiving our mail. My roommates and I have all had mail returned to the sender. The staff here is totally incompetent, and the managers are a total joke. We still have many problems that are not resolved and I cannot imagine staying here for the remainder of the year. I am currently trying to get out of my lease; which is nearly impossible here. Their ads for renovated apartments and HD TV is such false advertising. DO NOT LIVE HERE
