Review for Seminole Suites Apartments

I've lived here since august of 2005 and it seemed really nice at first. I got lucky and was matched with roommates that were pretty good. Space was big and you have your own bathroom. At first, all the nice things about the apartment seemed to overshadow the bad.

What they advertise is not what you get.

But after a year and a half I can't stand it. Noise is horrible. I have neighbors downstairs who play music and it vibrates the entire apartment. you can hear the people upstairs walking around all the time.

They advertise 2 pools and a hot tub, but they second pool with the hot tub has been closed for almost a year.

The people in the office are only working there for free rent so they don't really care about their job. It's near impossible to get help with questions. Mail, especially packages are a pain in the ass to get too. It takes them a while to get your mail to your box, if they get it to the right box, and packages take at least an extra day to get. It always takes at least 10 minutes just to go to the front office to pick one up too.

I used to be satisfied living here but after so long of a just decent apartment and just decent service, you realize you should spend your money elsewhere.
