Review for Seminole Suites Apartments

Okay, don't read what everyone else writes. I am writing a 100% true to the word review. I was SUPER skeptical about living in Tallahassee because of all the bad reviews, but 1. Seminole Suites actually has nice apartments, not just a nice model; 2. They actually put me with people like myself (quiet, clean) 3. Guest parking is not usually an issue. Spots are located near every building, and they don't begin towing until midnight. I have actually had people stay overnight in regular spots and not get towed, but maybe they were just lucky. 4. I like the way the apartments are set up in comparison to other places. Nice spacious living room with "french doors," lots of cabinet space, everyone gets their own locking storage closet 5. There are also a lot of perks: valet trash service--just set your trash outside and they come get it every day (VERY convenient, no one wants to ride with a bag of trash up to a dumpster) and the appliances are actually nice, working appliances.

The downside: yes, there is a train that goes by every now and again, but i am a type A person and it doesn't bother me at all. Also, you may get stuck with crappy roommates, but DON'T TELL THEM YOU ARE A NOISY, ALCOHOL DRINKING PERSON WHO IS MESSY. that is like ASKING to live with a slob.

So, after some careful deciding, I renewed my lease. I have no problems living here. oh yeah, and whatever you do, don't live at Boardwalk. you'll hate yourself for it.
