Review for Seminole Suites Apartments

I remember the first day i walked in to seminole suites, my mom had come up to sign the guarantor papers and what not and as we entered we both thought the place looked nice with the bright buildings and the swimming pool just beyond the "clubhouse"-

As i walked into my room i remember all my hopes of this being a well kept place to live crashed horribly. The walls were torn with the sofa's covering them, the apartment smelled musty and old and completely stuffy, the kitchen floor was sticky with i dont even know. I hoped my room would be better but when i entered i found it to be even more terrible than the living room was- There was a good half inch of collected dust on the blinds, on the fan, and on the dressing table. I lived in a 4/4 and my room was the completely odd shaped one, they give you a table thats built into the wall that serves absolutely no purpose and throws off the layout of your room - in one of my room mates rooms there was just a patch of missing wall it seemed like next to the closet.

When i called management for a spring cleaning of some sort (obviously im not going to clean what seemed to be the crypt keepers room) they told me they couldnt do anything about it and it was my problem to live with. Management has been rude at most times, they have terrible attitudes. The second pool that they claim to have was closed for the whole year they only opened it for the last three weeks when they were starting to give tours, and trying to get people to lease with them again.
The rent is decent, at 440 -460 a month, but watch out for the management, they are crooks, and will swindle you out of your money at every chance they get. When they say a one time utility charge they mean to them, for borrowing their utilities which dont even work . The water pressure was terrible in the shower, and during winter when it is reasonably cold you can only get a 1/4 of your body wet at one time, causing a lot of uncomfortability.
Im lucky i got great room mates that i could get a long with, both were football players, one is a tight end for Florida State, and the other a kicker for FAM. I had another room mate also but his situation was complicated-

The garbage pick service up was....well..... garbage....
Seminole Suites does not deliver on the promises it makes, and i will be taking my residence elsewhere.
My neighbors were friendly to the side and upstairs, but the downstairs neighbors were crazy- but thats not the suites fault, that couldve happened to anybody-

on the positive side of seminole suites, parking isn't bad.......

I would never recommend this place to live to anybody, who wants a decent and calm living. They would constantly send me random bills which i had to argue time and time again....As if the average student didn't face enough stress, this place sucked, and added to my life tension.
