Consistently reviewed as one of the best apartment complexes in Tallahassee, Spanish Oaks Apartments is one of those rare gems that has less resident turnover and provides a great, homey place to live. The residents are a mix of college students, families and retirees and all the amenities (pool, wading pool, sun decks, sauna...) are kept in excellent condition. Spanish Oaks is close to Florida State University and has excellent neighborhood schools.

Parking may be a bit hard sometimes when people have parties, etc, but no decal required. Maintenance is quick. Office staff are very helpful and friendly. There from 8-5:30. Is a residential apartment so there are families, elderly, and college students. Quiet, clean, nice place to stay.
