Tally Square (formerly Palms of Magnolia) sits beside Apalachee Parkway and only 1 mile form the center of Tallahassee. The Gulf Wind Shopping Center and Governor's Square Mall are right across the street, providing a variety of places to eat and shop. Tenants can catch a movie at the Regal Governor's Square Mall, eat at Little Italy, or shop at the Macy's. Residents love the proximity to Florida State University and the upgrades made to the building. However, one reviewer disliked the constant changes in management.
