Rented: From 2006 To 2009

I lived here for three years but am moving out due to poor management. This is the type of apartment complex where if you notify management of an overflowing toilet, she will have it taken care of over a week later (mind you, water is still flowing out in heavy streams. This is the type of management where mold sits and grows above your bed for a YEAR with still no treatment. My rent raised nearly $200 in the time I have lived here, and for no beneficial reason to me whatsoever. There has been no leasing office for 2 years, and there is no way of physically contacting the manager unless leaving a message and waiting over a week for her to get back to you. Do not live here.
