Review for The Chateau Apartments

The Chateau is a nice place to live. Sound like the previous reviewer may have a personal issue with someone or angry about something. While the previous staff including the maintenance weren't all that great. The past six months the maintenance staff has been great as well as the office staff. I really like how things get done in a timely manner and efficiently. I have seen a couple people that have had mold in there apartments but what do you expect when you live like a pig...lol. As with any apartment if you don't keep it clean you are going to have issues In which people have to take personal responsibility. I have a couple instances with noisy neighbors above me though. However, that happens wherever you go. Some people are just inconsiderate. Luckily I have had nice enough neighbors when asked kindly to stop they have. One thing i have been annoyed with is some of the neighbors blatant disrespect for the property. I do not understand why people feel the need to throw beer bottles etc. into the pool or anywhere else on the grounds where there are trash cans around. Another good thing is that they constantly tow so as a resident you will always have parking. And if you are having friends they give you a visitor's pass so your friend can park as well. Parking issues is to be expected since it is so close to campus, literally within walking distance. I really enjoy living here more than other apartment complexes. I have several friends that either live here or University Lofts and they love it. They also like the fact that they are extremely pet friendly. They DO NOT charge you a $300 pet deposit and and a crazy monthly pet fee. I have renewed my lease again and would recommend either property to anyone.Check it out!!!
