After reading the above, how can a property owner take your money when you haven't signed a lease nor submitted money to a property management company? That defies any semblance of accuracy. Perhaps the reviewer should consider thinking before writing. The Chateau is under separate management from University Lofts. The Chateau offers a fabulous location, awesome amenities, one month's free rent with an annual lease, and on-site management and leasing office.
