Worst Apartments Ever!

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

This is one of the worst experiences living in an apartment that I have ever had. The apartments are full of mold and I developed asthma while living there. Maintenance had to replace walls and ceiling while I was there because the apartment above would constantly leak into mine and cause mold problems my neighbors apartment wasn't much better. The Chat could not keep maintenance staff and I saw a change over of 3 different crews in a year. The worst is that one of the maintenance workers was stealing things from different apartments and when he was caught John would tip him off about the cops after him so that he could try and cover his ass. We had a homeless person living in the lower abandoned apartments for a month without maintenance noticing. Do not live here eventhough the outside appearence looks appealing, its very misleading.

The Chateau, with NEW on-site management and leasing, is reporting new tenants renewals, attentive response to tenant issues and improved maintenance to apartment units. Disgruntled former tenant shouldn't hide behind anonymity and slander The Chateau without a factual basis as to claims of theft with a former employee. We encourage tenants to discuss all issues with us to ensure their continued contentment in their apartments. All tenant issues are reported via email and responded to promptly. Homeless individuals have NEVER resided on premises as no ground floor vacancies exist. Take a look at our apartments and you'll see why The Chateau WILL BE your next home.
