The mgmt here rips off students. Taking a months deposit and applying it to 10 days of rent. Essentially charging 25 months rent for less than 24 months occupancy. Also, keeps deposit to repaint room and then adds a charge for the removal of paint cans. How can you charge for removal of paint cans if I did not paint? All this in addition to the cuts in services and increased rents. Truly save yourself the aggravation. With all the housing choices in Tallahassee...go somewhere else.
