Apartment Review for Venetian Villas

When my roommates and I moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. The doors were broken and crooked, bugs were crawling in- one morning we found a snake inside. The apartment had been robbed. As far as furniture... there was a lamp and a tv stand. The rest was delivered 3 weeks later! The ceiling is cracked. The shower faucets were hanging out of the walls. The power bill was outrageous- up to 580 a month- still has not been fixed after 4 months of living here. The previous 4 months before moving in, there was a problem with the power bill, yet they allowed us to move in knowing it had not been fixed. The carpet is black and needs to be replaced. Maintenance sucks. The manager- one of the many later demoted- was rude and argumentative when we reported these problems. I pay $40 more a month than two of my roommates because I signed the lease months in advance, so watch out. And of course... parking is limited.
