Review for Venetian Villas Apartments

i have had nothing but problems, complications, and complaints about this place since i moved here. both of my roommates are ready to get out as well. there might as well not be any walls since my roommates can literally hear my brushing my teeth in the morning and from the kitchen i can faintly hear the neighbors conversations. the maintenance guy is creepy and has busted into my room twice while i was sleeping. my one room mate and i went to the office to request that the vomit all over the stairs and building get cleaned up asap and it didnt get taken care of for weeks (and the walkway/stairs are still disgusting). both resident and guest parking is ridiculously limited. the office closes at 5 and the "unlimited" tanning stops at 4...but one good thing i can say is that the girls in the office are usually very sweet and helpful. but dont let the clean appearance and nice smell of the office fool you...overall this place sucks and im seriously considering subleasing.
