Noisest Apt Complex Ive Ever Lived In! + No Guest

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I've lived in 4 apt complexes since i've lived in tallahassee. None of them were ever as noisy as this one! Trying to sleep and study is nearly impossible. pools not done and neither is the gym. no visitor parking. the staff is alright. if your a freshman...move here otherwise dont!!
