Over the phone the management sounds super sweet and understanding, I spoke at least three times with them before I decide to take a tour. The She-devil Manager even promised me a deal of 1 month free and half off of the last month, unfortunately for me she was a con-artist. The apartment was a mess when I first moved in and I had to do my own cleaning. I took pictures and filled out the move in sheet (in great detail) of everything that was wrong with the apartment before hand. I was unable to cook for three weeks because the management neglected to put the stove eyes back on the stove. The water bill appeared to be less than $16 until three months after move-in when all of a sudden it shot up to $50 and has not come back down since (HINT: there is no washer or dryer in this 1/1 apartment) so how could i have used that much water. Then they calm they don't use Tallahassee water, but when water prices went high the manager said it was Tallahassee water company's fault. The bottom line is their is no such thing as 24 hour maintenance...there is no such thing as maintenance period because they don't fix anything, they simply offer advice on how to fix it yourself. The inside of the apartment looks archaic, its 2011 but the A/C unit is from the 1990 and yes you guessed it high *** ELECTRICITY BILLS ($210)!!!!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY, let me reiterate STAY AWAY!!!
P.S. Washer and dryer facility is disgusting. Found empty condemns in dryer on multiple times....NO ONE CLEANS IT
