Apartment Reviews for Woodland Meadows - Tamarac

I have been living here since December 2011 and overall it is not a bad place to live. I had some issues with my apt such as the kitchen roof leaking and a bad circuit breaker but other than that it not as bad as others say it is. My main reason on moving is due to not having a washer and dryer in the apt but the location is fine and bottom line you get what you pay for. The staff has always been pleasant and the maintenance staff as well. Now Pinnacle management has taken over and hopefully the laundry area will be better now (there are no machines to get quarters for the washer/dryer a bit annoying). Another point to make is that your neighbors play a huge role in how you would view the community and for the most part everyone around my building is not nasty and loud and hang out around the complex all day. So for future renters that is something to keep in mind when deciding a place, you just never know what kind of neighbors you will get and if you pay a low price don't expect high quality fixings.
