Tenants can’t say enough great things about Arbor Walk Apartments. The staff is extremely friendly and the maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. The units are very spacious, has great security, and the management does a great job keeping the place clean. According to one tenant, the one con is the theft and crime that has occurred, but measures have been taken to improve security. Minutes from Bruce B Downs and miles of jogging/walking/biking trails sits Portofino Apartments. The complex is conveniently located near I-75, I-275 and I-4. It’s a quick trip to public golf courses, Tampa International Airport, and Busch Gardens. Management and maintenance is very friendly and helpful. They respond to any tenant concerns in a timely manner. There have been many management changes in the past, but each new owner seems to really care about the tenants. Some residents have complained that the college students who live here and it can get noisy at times, but it’s not over bearing. Just 1.5 miles from Busch Gardens, Meridian Apartments is a quiet, gated apartment complex that is perfect for a family or a occupant. Meridian’s units include upgraded appliances, screened patios to keep the bugs out, beautiful landscaping, and large closets. Many bars, restaurants and entertainment venues are located nearby. Most tenants say the management staff is very friendly and makes it a point to make residents feel comfortable living here. The maintenance staff is very responsive. The Park at Coventry is right off the Bruce B Downs Boulevard tucked away in its own little oasis. Located within minutes from USF Botanical Gardens, and University Area Community Park. Some tenants have really enjoyed living here and appreciate that the staff is professional and care about the community. Other tenants have not had such a good experience with the management and say they sometimes can be unresponsive and the maintenance could be more responsive. A few resident reviews have complained that the model apartment differ the unit they received upon signing the lease; the carpets needed cleaning, the appliances needed repair, and pests needed to be exterminated. Granada Apartments had some rough patches a couple of years back. Tenants complained that management was unresponsive and maintenance was slow to respond. Located right on the Emerald Green Golf Course, you will find the Links at Carrollwood Apartments. The property is within miles of Citrus Park Mall, Tampa International Airport, MacDill AFB, and Busch Gardens. Tenants love the location and the affordable rent, especially considering the amount of space. Some reviewers initially loved the apartment, but soon had trouble with things breaking left and right.
