I been living here for almost two yrs, and i will admit the place is a little older, but its very quiet, clean and safe. I have never felt unsafe, though the security at night is not that intimidating...lol as far as maintnance goes, they dont always come thru with what you ask for, but at times they do and when they do it;s on and out. The ladies in the office are really nice, they are really sweet although yes they do smoke alot, but i like them..they will do anything to help u out. so yes i would recommend it
