Review for Arbor Lakes Apartments

So I moved into a one room downstairs apartment here lakeside veiw. They keep the oustside really clean, grassed and stuff is mowed every week. But the crime here is unbelievable we have been here almost a year and our car got broken into. Same story as another poster, car stero got stolen back passenger window got shattered when the tried to pull the window out. 1500 car stero gone, so locking your car doors in this place is rather pointless. But get this they not only broke into our car which is right out front mind you but they tried to steal a fellow neighbor car as well.. They were seen and chased but got away.

Thats not the messed up part about it, cause this is not the first time happening you hear about it all the time in the community, they messed up part is everyone knows who did it, the apartment complex staff, the police and nothing is being done about it.. Its the same group of teenagers that live a couple of streats down from the complex.. Go to the office and they just tell you not our problem it happens to us to.. So come to find out from our neighbor the last people that lived in our apartment got broken into a couple of times.. You can tell that this happened because our door handle is all loose and out of place our glass door though it is locked can be pulled right open so you have to put a stick there.

Paint jobs suck, carpet is not always new, ours was just cleaned and still had spots from previous owners, suppose to be newly renovated however new cabinets were never put into our apartment. Serious small bug problem.. Oh and best of all the paint on our tub is peeling away and needs to be resprayed which means you cant be in the apartment for 24hrs, everytime we go some place and we tell maintence they are always way to busy to paint it.. So what the hell do they do on the weekends???
