Okay,new managment,this is the 4th one's.Changing rent amount's,missing money deposit's,Bill's unpaid,gas was shut off,office computer service shut down,they don't pay their bill's,why should we?Pool's closed,even after remodeled.Pet poop everywhere,loud noise and music,manager's do nothing.Water bill now"estimatied on indivdual...what meter's,and why so high?Trash area full of junk,alway's over run,kid's allowed to bust window's,CIS harrassing good people,bad one's still run loose.Gate still broke,after 4 year's.Maintence can only repair if Jupiter has paid bill's,Raquel still lie's to residents,habgs up on them,changes lease amounts then doe's not give manager complaints,she is leasing on a bias case,prefers spanish,doe not to black people,the state need's to investigate.Residents being treated like we are stupid.Plumbing caused people to be moved due to too many back ups,sub lease to aa people that constantly have police and medic's responding.Pit bull's are allowed to chase people and manager does nothing.New leasing team is as bad as Brookside team was.The 2 big maintence sits around,makes excuses and mostly do not respond to emergency calls.Too much money for all the headachs...I left,no one should live there,even police tell us that.Do Not Move there,nothing is honest there,nothing gets done except by the older maintence man and the new trash man,and you will have more problems.Chanel10,and 8 has been to this property,one maintence man said this place would not pass a throughout inspection of wiring and audit,this is why he quit.Stay out,save yourself money,and stress...after 5 years,we saw this place would never cghange and got out!!!!!!!
