I am a current resident for 14...going on 15 months now. I am now in the process if renewing my lease to stay another 15 months!
Up side:
* All of the floor plans are huge!
* The neighbors all seem really nice.
* The grounds/landscaping is always beautifully maintained.
* I have had very minimal maintenance issues, and when I
did the problem was fixed very quickly, and correctly too!
* I have had no problems with crime or loud noise, except for
an occasional door slammimg, or car with bass/loud music
driving by(usually early am hours on weekends).
* This is one of the very few places in the area that allow
large dogs(with some breed restrictions, and pet deposit).
* tucked away from the main road, yet still very convenient
to Tampa International, Vets Expwy/I275, shopping,
restaraunts, schools,etc.
* Professional and courteous management, and maintenance
crew.
Down side:
* They include basic cable in the rent, for more than what you
would normally pay,
(currently $37.95/mo)and this is NOT optional.
* They charge 35.00/month for trash pick up...also NOT
optional.
* They require that you have proof of renters insurance for
your apartment, and that you keep it insured.
* There are a few speed bumps on the property, but alot of
cars still drive way too fast when there are children at play
nearby.
