Review for Fairway Oaks Apartments

This was once a nice place and the OWNER seems to try. However, the MANAGEMENT SUCKS. So far this year I have had water leaks under the carpet which can generate mold that were inadequately addressed, there was mold in the wals, a recurrent problem, we have had several instances of sewage backup into the unit and water outagers without warning. To top it off the answering service never answeres. A recent terminte tenting was recently bothed costing several hundred dollars of food as the office gave incorrect instructions and they had only a VERBAl agreement with the hotel, which lead to many problems. NOW the hotel, which was to charge ONLY extrenous expenses charged MY credit card, effectively stealing $100+ from me. The manager, apparisewd of the situation WENT HOME EARLY LEAVING ME TO CANCEL MY CARD!!!!! On pushing the issue I was blown off by one of the rental agensts who does NOT belong in a people profession. I am VERY close to SUING for the return of ALL rent since January, revokation of the early termination clause fee, and a return of ALL deposits. I MIGHT settle for an early term at no penalty AFTER I find another place to move to since the OWNER seems to try. However, ONE more problem and I will no longer CARE what it costs me to get out of there. I WILL spend several thousand dollars at that point to make SURE they do not see another penny from me. If it were just ME and not also a girlfriend due to go in for surgery I would have HIRED WHATEVER needed to be out LAST NIGHT. If you value peace quite and your SANITY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT HERE.
