Review for Fountain Bridge Apartments

Yeah, you can find plenty of parking because everyone has moved out. This place has changed hands 3 time since 10/04. The housing people came in to investigate because of so many complaints. They stated in the report not one ac unit was working and too many roaches and mice. There has been break-in and they say they have security. Staff they aren't allowed to do anything. Maintenance, please it just a couple of guys who live here with reduced rent. Can't fix anything. My building has 12 apt, 9 of them are empty with my at the end of this month. With everyone moving the roaches are covnerging on the ones that still live here. No emergency maintenance on duty, trash in hallways. When you see the sign just drive right past this place.
