Review for Gables West Park Village Apartments

Sick of looking at dog crap everywhere. No one picks it up. Management is terrible! They are sure nice when you look at apt./townhome--then after you sign, they turn into instant B**CH mode. Forget any customer service, they could care less. Maintenance work has always been fine, but getting the message to them from the office staff is a hassle. Worst grade of carpet inside-horrible, can feel the nails sticking out in between the door threshholds. Must be the lowest grade you can buy. Looks like crap after the 1st week. No security patrolling at night--so if your neighbor parties all night long--forget getting any sleep. Noise echo's terribly in the back of the garages. Pool area is great. Misleading contract verbage. Unsatisfactory Better Business Bureau rating.
