Review for Gables West Park Village Apartments

Do not Rent here!!!! They try to charge you for damages that do not exist upon moving out. Not to mention the parking is horrible, no security, passes to the clubhouse never work unless you rent it for addittional charge, Pool area unsecure everyone from the surranding towns hang out their. Call Hillsborough Sheriff's office to hear about complaints regarding vandalism to cars property and management does not care! People throwing Raves everyweekend with 100s off kids hanging out, drinking doing and selling drugs plus watching the fist fights and near riots are always a good time at 2 am. I would encourage any former renter at West Park Village to write somethin here so no one else gets taken advantage of. Any good review came from the management office of this place. I do not know any formwer resident that has a nice thing to say about this place. They have a large turnover for a reason DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
