Review for Gables West Park Village Apartments

I moved here because of the location and convenience. Management was of course, wonderful when inquring about an apartment. They left a note on my door in Feb. advising of my lease being up in April. I went to the office that week to sign and was told that she was very busy but would get it to me in 2 days. I called her on the 5th day, left a message-no reply, called again 2 days later, left a message, again no-reply. Then they have the nerve to advise me in June that I owe an additional amount for leasing month to month. Lindsey got very nasty with me, I was shocked. As soon as I asked for her supervisor's name, she backed down and agreed to waive the amounts...So I signed the lease then in June. Now, it's October and they can't find it!! And told me that I now owe extra month to month from May to October! You can believe that I'll have the media all over this if they don't rectify their stupidity. These people are so unorganized. My friend came by to visit and stopped by the office to inquire about putting a flyer in the newsletter. He came back and said, "Those are some angry girls in that office, they are just miserable". I was happy to know it wasn't just me! It's shocking that Bridge Realty has allowed Lindsey to run this very beautiful place into the ground, ZERO customer service. Tacky, Tacky, Tacky!
