Review for Gables West Park Village Apartments

Prospective renters, if you want your lease to go up every year, carry somewhat expensive mandatory liability insurance (something new and that was not required when we moved in), pay a hefty late fee even if you are 5 minutes late on your rent, this is the place to move in. The apartments are nice, no question, but management will sour an otherwise good rental.
