I moved in 06/2005, my first night there, the A/C unit froze and I had no A/C until the next afternoon. Their was at least a 1/2 inch between the wall and the carpet in most of the apt. It was still wet and smelled like mildew. In the first 3 months of living there, their were two sets of upstairs neighbors who were both evicted and the apt has been empty ever since, 4 months later it still has not been cleaned out which brings me to the rats that I now have in my apt. I come home to rat droppings and can't sleep at night afraid of them coming into my room or my kids room. Management could care less, but don't be two days late on the rent or you'll have them harrassing you for payment- funny I pay my rent on time every month and they still don't do a damn thing about the RATS in my apartment!
