Review for Lake Chase Apartments

I'm writing this in order to perhaps save some apartment hunters some time and money. Here's a brief list of what makes Lake Chase Apartments fall miserably short of being even a decent rental apartment.

1. Paper-thin walls--you can clearly overhear your neighbors conversations.

2. Leaking walls (causing mold in many cases).

3. A careless, condescending staff and apartment management.

4. Lazy maintenance workers.

5. No decent parking available.

6. Zero security.

7. Ridiculous rates and frequent leasing price increases, considering all of the issues listed above.

Save your time and money by avoiding this place like the plague.
