Review for Lighthouse Bay Apartments

As the title says, Loved it at first. What changed, when I had to make my first complaint about my neighbor. The office staff is horrible. They seem nice at first, but if you have constant problems and complaints good-bye welcoming smiles and then your issues go unresolved. Maintenance could be better. If you are looking for a family friendly community...this is NOT the place, especially with the horrible noise level and the lack of control. They do, however, have a descent pool- it can get crowded though. Parking is pretty good and there is a variety of floor plans. Hope this helps someone
