Review for Mailsail South-Formerly Bayshore Villas Apartments

They just changed their name for the third time: Dont be suckered in.

First they were:

Archstone Bay Shore Apartments

Then they were:

Bayshore Villias

Now theyre:

Mainsail South

The place is a dump. The management rude and arrogant. Paper thin walls, its noisy, the units have seen better days .

The parking lot is dirty and the dumpster is third world.

OVERALL A VERY POOR VALUE.
