Review for Monticello Apartments

This apartment complex is nice looking, but not worth suffering through the horror of dealing with the staff. They come into your apartment whenever they want, they steal stuff, they make up stuff to charge you for, it's like dealing with retarded people. Rent is around $500 a month, but after all their bullshit charges, it's more like $600. Also, unsafe.. security guards are ancient. Frequent thefts, and even an armed robbery in the parking lot within the past few months. I never feel safe walking to my apartment. Don't be fooled by the gate either... everyone just follows each other in or just walks through the pedestrian gate.
