maintenance Sucks! If you want to live here, plan on doing your own repairs! They tell us that our things work even though they don'tWe can't even get them to give us a dishwasher that works, after living here 6 months! They are CHEAP! And they make promises before you move in that they don't even attend to keep. Once you sign the lease your screwed!
