Review for Post Bay Apartments

Since Post Properties has taken over this place they've made it extremely difficult on it's residents. The office will be nice until you sign the lease (current residents joke you're signing away your soul), then they don't care about you or your needs. The maintence staff is the only good thing going here, but even then the fixes are sometimes, um, how can I say this PC, less than what you'd expect. A lot of young kids have taken up residence here the past 3 months (today is 7/17/7), so it's loud at night, especially on the weekends. There's no place to walk, so living on the beach yes, but walking on it, no. They forbid you from doing it by fencing it off. (Why I have NO idea). Also prevents you from hitting up the local hangouts unless you want to take your life in your hands and walk down the road or 60, no sidewalks, muddy ditches. It's about 4 feet over the tide, so you're living one hurricane away from getting wiped out. in the seven years I have been living here, 5 have been under construction, so if you sleep days, cross this off your list. Also my rent has doubled in 5 years.
