Review for The Preserve At Mobbly Bay Apartments

It was a home invasion, Police report filed and investigated. And the apartment complex refuses to fix my door. (Still insecure) Manager "Debbie" says the person who kicked the door down should pay for it. (Say what?) Still to this day 8/7/2006 my door is still broken.

I have contacted the office staff over 8 times about this issue and I keep getting the cold shoulder. They want me to pay for the door to be replaced.

Even the maintence guys have said to the office staff and manager that the door is NOT secure and must be replaced.

Not to mention this is the same apartment complex where the murder took place in the front retention pond in 2005 where Carl Edward Roland murdered his ex-girlfriend (happen in Tampa) then he ran to Atlanta on top of that crane for a stand-off.

I was very happy with this Apartment complex until I needed a problem resolved.

I wouldn't recommend this Apartment Complex to anyone at this time due to incapable management and office staff.
