Review for Southern Oaks Apartments

Southern Oaks Apartments was an ok place at a cheap price until, they got new owners who have raised the rent dramaticly and are very lazy. There is no such thing as maintnance, a few of my neighbors were without A/C for two weeks before anyone even came to their place. I do not recomend the apartments to anyone with children, in this area and with the crazy drivers...not smart.
