I COULDNT AGREE MORE WITH THE FIRST REVIEW! YOU MENTIONED JUST ABOUTH EVERYTHING TO THE T, BUT YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THE INFESTATION OF TERMITES!!!! YES WHEN I PREVOUSLY LIVED THERE I FOUND A COLONY OF TERMITES LIVING IN THE FAN ABOVE MY STOVE
