Review for The Edge At 42Nd Street Apartments

Car stolen from parking lot the first week. Car totalled. No one from apartment management would even give me a ride to impound lot to retrieve my personal effects. Lease runs from August to May but parking permits and meal plans run according to University of Southern Florida's semesters. Unfortunately, I don't attend the University of Southern Florida. The had my car towed last night because I didn't know to renew my parking permit (along with 30 or 40 other students). The towing company only accepts cash- not credit cards or debit cards or money orders---just cash. They came in with a car carrier and took a whole bunch of cars. The driver said if I gave him $50 cash he'd put my car back but I didn't have the cash. Now my car is 6 1/2 miles away and I have no way to get it. Their "high speed internet" is slower than dial-up. They say their working on it.....for the last 4 months. Expensive, poor security, not customer friendly. Not recommended.
