Review for The Hamptons At Tampa Palms Apartments

I moved into The Hamptons last year and am anxious for my lease to end next month. Please do not fall for their sales pitch!! When I originally went in to rent, the leasing agents tried to tell me there were no apts available in order to later offer me one at a ridiculous rate. Don't fall for this trap. There will more than likely be units available as many college students end up moving out at the end of the year. The walls are paper thin, so if you have a job which requires early mornings you will want to steer clear. I have had many sleepless nights due to the sound of my neighbors music. The management neglects to fix things on time. The gate is always broken and I have even been trapped inside the gates, unable to leave the complex. Just about the only positive thing about living at The Hampton's is that it looks nice from the outside. They make sure to keep the grounds clean because this is the only way they get people in. I am assuming the turn over rate at this place is huge. One year was way too long for me.
