THIS IS A PLACE YOU NEVER WANT TO LIVE...UNLESS YOU CAN BE WITHOUT CERTAIN NECESSARY ITEMS IN YOUR APARTMENT. IT TOOK ME 5 PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY A CALL TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICE JUST TO GET MY TOILET FIXED AND GUESS WHAT? IT'S STILL LEAKING...SO MEANWHILE I'M PAYING AND OUTRAGEOUS WATER BILL. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY.
