Apartment Reviews for Arbor Lakes - Tampa

I have been living in this community for a few years and I love it. The landscaping is beautiful and its pretty much quite considering its off of a main road. As for the break in listed its hard to believe about them not fixing it. They always get any work request in a timely manner and the maintance is very polite. I know per my lease that safety and security is not guaranteed along with any other community so I think its up to the residents to provide additional security for themselves if they have a issue. Tampa is to big of a city to keep a watch at all times. The office staff is polite and very personable. The apartments are also fully renovated which is very nice. They had a great resident pool party a few months back that definetly brought the moral for the community up for some of the residents who had their doubts and we can got make some new friends. I definetly plan on renewing my lease again next year!!

I just moved in a week ago and i love it, the neighborhood demographics are 70% white, 5% Europeans, 15% Asians, 5% African American and 5% other dudes hehe. What i m trying to say is, this place is not for GETTO PEOPLE! or for people that likes to party and be with music on their cars neither for parties since is part of the company policy that if you put music out laud the police will be call on you... and they encourage neighbors to do so as well, so its pretty quite and decent place. <P>
Must people here are from 29 years old and up. Must of them work in offices or have rich parents. Overall, this places has a new management and the prices are high because you pay way more than just the rent, you pay for additional services, etc. but is worth it. <P>

I love living here at Arbor Lakes - my apt is newly renovated so it is like a brand new apt. I got a great move in special and they office staff are super friendly. The community is beautiful and they are always adding things to make it better, I have already told my friends about this place. <P>

This place just got new management, they are slow on getting up to speed with there residents, and have quite a few bugs to work out, but they are remodling all the apartments, and re-landcaping, everything is looking alot better. Right now I think its just hard when so much change is going on to catter to everyones needs, but when its all done, we will see how much better they realy are making it here. <P>

Arbor Lakes is a great place to live. They were just sold and the new property company is renovating everything. The plave is really starting to take shape. The office staff is very nice and very willing to help out. I want to live here forever <P>

everything is great with exception on landscape maintainance and some other details e.g. bugs filling up outside lighting fixtures, water drainage, other minor stuff.

i like these apartments cause its pretty and the office staff are really friendly but they do have spider and bug problems. dont depend on them to spray your apartments good. go buy your own can of raid and spray it yourself.
